Working time tracking for SMEs – with the legal limits built in.

Gleeo keeps track of your business's working time – target and actual hours, overtime, vacation entitlement and absences, with the limits of labour law in the background.

The problem

Excel doesn't do the maths.

If you employ people, you have to record their working time. In many businesses this is done in Excel lists – balances are updated by hand, vacation entitlements rarely add up, and whether someone has exceeded the permitted weekly working time goes unnoticed until someone works it out.

Gleeo does it continuously. Your employees record their time on their phone, the system keeps the balances and reports when a limit is breached.

In three steps

1 Set up once

A time model with weekly hours, working days and vacation entitlement, a work profile for each person with employment percentage and validity period, plus your public holidays.

2 Record

Employees record their working time on their phone or in the browser – directly or carried over from the project time they have already recorded.

3 Analyse

You see target, actual, overtime and vacation balance at any time – and receive a PDF statement for each month and person.

One record instead of two

Project time becomes working time.

Most businesses keep two records – one for projects and clients, one for working time. With Gleeo it is the same one. If you already book time to projects, you get working time at no extra effort.

What is covered

Deduct or just warn – your choice.

Each limit can be switched on individually. For most of them you choose whether excess time is deducted or only a warning appears.

Records

Release and records

  • Employees release their time up to a date and thereby confirm that it is correct and complete. After that, it can no longer be changed.
  • You approve the released time.
  • A PDF statement for each month and person – with all times, balances and deviations, plus the release and approval dates.
  • Working time cannot be recorded in the future.
  • Changes to employment percentage or time model apply from a cut-off date; earlier months remain unchanged.
